Thin Pd–40%Cu films were obtained via the classical melting and rolling method, magnetron sputtering, modified with nanostructured functional coatings to intensify process of hydrogen transportation. For all-metal membranes, increase flux was sevenfold, smooth made pure palladium, for deposited films, this difference manyfold. materials’ selectivity high, 4419. strategy modifying fundamentally new complex geometry can shed light on development fabrication durable highly selective palladium-based gas steam reformers.
